My wife made the appointment for the recall and oil change and the person she talked to was kind of rude when she brought up the recall. The first time we brought the truck up for the recall you did not have the parts and she asked if you had the parts now and I guess he was rude when she did. Usually our vehicles is washed after service but this time it was not. I had to call and ask if there was a reason why? They just didn’t do it, must of forgot because the truck was done at 1030 and I didn’t pick up until after 1400hrs I believe. I took the truck back to get washed. They had plenty of time to do it but again I am unsure why it didn’t happen. Other than that I guess it was a success.

Ford used to be a good quality brand but when you have an obviously defective product and won’t stand behind your product you will lose customers like you have now. Its sad to say but I’m going to have to buy foreign to get a decent quality car. I will be contacting legal representation. Do not try to contact me to try to resolve the bad rating I am giving. Had I gotten more than a well it’s a junk transmission design and we are going to do nothing about it and charge you to test the piece of junk then you might have retained a customer and gotten a good review

They bent my license plate I'm guessing when they washed my already clean car ???? that was nice of them but nobody wages my car but me, hahaha sounds petty! I'm just picky, thank you!

Although the experience was good and the tech looked into specified concerns, I still had oil on my garage floor. There are only 39,390 miles on the truck, and the tech stated he cleaned the “catch all”. Where can I send the picture?
