I think it is totally ridiculous to raise the oil change by 20.00. I will be going else where. I could see a 10.00 increase but 20.00!

James was terrific yet whoever attempted to wash my car that had just been washed that morning failed severely sandy grit and muddy spots all over the hood and dirty spots over the rest of the car and a very dirty rag was used to wipe now the inside which was also clean before the service appointment
