The interior of the vehicle had grease/oil finger prints/smudges. It was parked in the mud after being serviced and washed, and I had to walk all the way back to the wash bay to retrieve vehicle. I'm a disabled vet, I dropped it off by the front door. I expect my vehicle to be where I can comfortably get to it.

since you asked... I was requested to bring the Vehicle in early in the morning yet there were unfinished cars in the stalls to finish from the day prior so my vehicle was not started immediately.(I could have arrived after 9:30 IMO) I was told it would take until 3:30 or 4 pm at about noon.. when I came in early about 2:30 the crew was setting around playing with the phones.. and the truck was already done. apparently inconvenience is not a consideration for those kids. It doesn't look like there was $197 dollars worth of work done to the vehicle. Don't worry I just won't get another detailing done there. But I still like the dealership and the professional people in it.

As always the service team completely handled the problems and snaleays looking out for the customer. Tom is always forthcoming with what needs to be done and is always keeping me informed of what is gooing on with my vehicle. Chris and his team are always very courteous Awesome experience!!!!!!
