We had a little wait time due to a missed work order, but Lee and team worked to get us out of there as we had traveled 2 hours for service. Gave us a discount and a coupon for oil change next time. A nice way to make the mistake better. Thank you for the great customer experience!

He always so helped either when I dont know what I am talking about,,I have been talking to roger for the past 22 years I am very satisfied with him an Ford myself and family all loves for deal only they trust in you to take good care of us...thank you roger ....

I stopped on Tuesday to get an appointment for this service so I didn’t have to spend hours waiting in line for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there this morning at 7:30am thinking I had an 8am appointment. It took two hours to get a ride home. At 11:30 I called and was told it was next. At 12:10 I got a message that the tech had started but had gone to lunch. At 1pm my husband dropped me off to pick up my car. At 2:06 I got a message that my car was finished. The service manager did apologize as I was trying to get my car and leave.
