Loaner vehicle was dirty inside, had a cracked windshield,warning light for low washer fluid and old paperwork in door pockets. Previous loaners had low gas levels and warning light for low tire pressure. Not up to standards for a first class dealership such as Sellers Sexton.

Thomas was great. He took care of all the questions I had for him. He very professional and courteous.. I’m in the middle of a pcs so the peace of mind he gave me with my vehicle being in the shop and him constantly communicating with me on its status of it was greatly appreciated. I will look for Thomas to help me out with services I may need in the future at Sellers-Sexton. Amazing experience.

We were under the impression that we had bought the 2 year service plan when we bought our vehicle. It shows this on our purchase contract. My wife drove 86 miles for service only to be told we have no service plan and she was charged 64 dollars for an oil change I would have performed for less than 20 dollars. It would not have been a big deal except we drive from Pittsburg, MO in order to do our business there. Long way to drive to be surprised and disappointed

Very happy with the help extended to me by the Sellers-Sexton service department. The staff went above and beyond in attempting to help me with a problem. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership, and have always been pleased and appreciative with the service department. ????????????

I had requested a detail with my service, which was confirmed when I dropped the vehicle off... but the detail had not been complete at time of pick-up. There was no additional communication regarding the detail either.
