My truck was hit on the rear right side while another vehicle was backing out of the bay. Although ford did offer to fix it and lend me a loaner. Still did should have never happened. From what I was told one of the mechanics was driving the other truck. The event took place while inside Ford service shop.

I have used your detailed service for years, however this time the car was not finished. There are parts in the car that has old dust still and parts that I had to clean. It is very weird that service was not up to you guys standards considering past service.
