The shuttle service is common from a service department, but always an appreciated convenience. There was steady communication throughout the day while my vehicle was being worked on, which was reassuring. The staff were friendly, and I got the work done that I took my vehicle in for. I got done what I wanted with minimal inconvenience to myself, so overall I would be satisfied with that. The best part though that put Sellers-Sexton over the top was I had my truck returned to me vacuumed out. With all my previous experiences, at other places, I got a floor mat. Which, don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that gesture of taking care of my vehicle, but then I have the task/responsibility of despising if it. From Sellers-Sexton, my truck was returned to me in a better condition than I dropped it off. 10 out of 10 would recommend and trust with future service to my vehicle.
