Not all service advisors are created equal, some are more concerned with up-selling than addressing customers concerns and providing reasonable customer service to all their customers. I know they’re paid by the hours they sell but to make it obvious that they are not going to provide customer service because we declined their attempted up-sells is a poor representation for the service department and dealership.

As for the oil change,, although i never questioned the charge after looking at it closer and going over my past oil change prices i noticed that they put a oil treatment in the vehicle. I never once stated I wanted that type of oil change. Wondering why you would need to treat a vehicle that has less then 25,00 miles with warranty. I don't understand it. I honestly would have never authorized this type of oil change. We have always had our oil changes done due to the 90 time period and not the mileage simply because we do not drive the car that much. I like the convenient drop-off option. Offering a courtesy driver if needed is wonderful, and although I didn't need the service, the driver is so kind, introducing himself. The whole staff is always very friendly and professional. Check out was quick and easy. I enjoyed driving my safe, clean car when I left — And the price of the service is comparable to that of other locations. Online coupons are often emailed to me. I appreciate good quality, and that's why I'll choose to return.
