Thomas and Sellers-Sexton was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kept me updated with the service that was being completed on my Ford Escape. I feel that you went out of your way complete the service as fast as possible, and also to find all the problems that were happening with my vehicle. You sat down with me to explain what was wrong with my Escape, what you did and why. I’m very thankful for the Ford Fusion that was provided while my car was being fixed. My Escape is running great and you even detailed it! It’s cleaner than it’s been in a long long time. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! My family and I will be using Sellers-Sexton for all our car care needs.

I have used multiple ford dealers for my service for various reasons with this truck the last few years. This was by far the best experience I have had. In addition to my oil change I asked for a quote on new tires. When I picked up my vehicle I had the quote attached to my service order to review and make a future decsion. Most dealerships are very pushy when it comes to other services and I did not experience that here. I did receive recommended services however so that I'm aware of what I need to do. I also have experienced very disorganized dealerships with multiple people dealing with my service. I had the same service representative throughout the whole process this time. Due to my previous experiences with the dealership I was not planning on getting my tires and Alignment done there however based off this experience I may now. Even had a friendly positive experience with the lovely lady that rang up my bill. Management must be doing something right. Please keep it up!

I was put on hold several times trying to check on my vehicles and left one message never got a call back was ignored when I went into get my vehicles and just plain irritated by the rudeness
