You folks are still not taking responsibility for both of our roof racks . The passenger side was the first to go south and then the drivers side. We have had it down to you way more than 3 times so it qualifies as lemon. I want brand new roof racks ordered and installed.

I drive 35 mile to have my vehicle serviced here . That should say something,my town is 15000 population st Roberts is probably a third of it, but anyhow there the best
