The service to my F150 Lariat was completed well beyond my expectations and I am completely satisfied with the updates being texted all the way through to the time my vehicle was ready for pickup. The shuttle service was excellent; enjoyed talking to the transporter, Mr. Chief! I also would like to put in a plug for the professionalism and kindness of the cashier who ensured that my vehicle services were updated and the information easily accessible in the FORDPASS App for which I have an account.

Very disappointed with the service rep. I had to drag information from him on a daily basis. Often when talking to him. I felt like he was being bothered to answer my question the only way I got updates was to physically stop by every day just find out my status of my truck. They forgot to update my oil life and Change sticker. If it wasn’t for Tom I would have left with a back up light Tom was great. He wasn’t my service rep. But was always eager to help and answer questions even though he was watching over my vehicle. He even came out a personally change the bulb

The truck started to shimmy at highway speeds AFTER it was "repaired" earlier this month. We had to wait a week before you could it get in for a second repair. It should have been a priority. It did NOT shimmy until AFTER the previous "fix". We were charged for things that I sincerely believe were damaged during the previous visit. I'm extremely disappointed in this visit and am not sure if I will continue using Sellers Sexton for my vehicle service and purchase needs. I have lost faith in the service department. Tom gave us a loaner to use while our car was being fixed; he didn’t have to since it was not warranty work. I really appreciate him going the extra mile.
