For the service of the car itself it was perfect, but I had problem with the shuttle driver as he dropped me at a close place and when I called him to come back he took 25 mins to come again to me So I went inside one of the near stores, when he arrived he didn’t call me and he left directly, I saw him leaving but I couldn’t make him to see me. So I called back the service center and he came back but he was very upset and started to say you should stay where I left you and even if I’m late, I told him that you have my number so why you didn’t call he said that this service is courtesy you should be thankful that you are not walking to the center back. Which was not a good way to treat a customer.

Tom Julian took care of me almost as soon as I came into the dealership. While my car was being serviced he came to the waiting area to give a progress report. As soon as the service was completed he came and got me and took me to my car.

They did not complete the A/C service. When I picked it up I heard water in the dash. Had to turn around and bring it back. After completing the job I was presented another bill. Will not return for the injector service that was recommended.
