My vehicle was left very dirty inside and out with bugs splattered all over the front. I was told yesterday that it would be Gas put in it and it never was so before I could even bring my vehicle home I had to go and wash it and put gas in it. Then the switch that turns the inside bed lights on keeps popping out of the metal. It took me about 3 to 4 hours when I got home to get my vehicle cleaned inside in which I still can’t get some of the dirt out of the carpet. Very disappointed in my service this time as all the years before I was totally satisfied with everything.

I wish I did not have to wait an additional day for parts to be shipped, when service knew that I had an appointment two weeks out.

Please be sure your team does not hand over keys from the drop off box! When people put their key in the box they expect a certain amount of trust that some stranger working at night can’t just steal their vehicle or give that key to an outside agency like what happened to me. I expect more from Ford and hope that this is dealt with appropriately.

Was told on phone 2 days ago to come in morning time and that I didn't need an appointment. Show up around 8:45am and then was told my simple oil change and tire rotation would take all day basically. That and $75 is just ridiculous.

Service department is knowledgeable, courteous, and ready to help. I had a hitch installed, I wish there would have been more information about the product, ie class type, towing ability, what is needed to tow besides the hitch. Maybe a booklet or pamphlet would be thoughtful. Maybe make mention to Ford about including it.

I was extremely satisfied with my service at your Saint Robert facility. I could tell that Thomas had selflessly put his own lunchtime aside to ensue my son’s car was returned in the shortest time possible, as everyone else was at lunch. My son’s car wasn’t able to be washed and he gave me a voucher to make up for it. Great customer service!
