The safety issue was fixed. This took about a week. I’m still waiting for resolution of the issue with my infotainment system. As far as I’m concerned, this ordeal is only halfway done.

Timothy was great, this is my second time seeing him in 45 days, but that speaks more to the car than the service. Unfortunately, the issue that I brought my car in for is technically still present. I'm not sure if my car is just the worst S90 Volvo produced, or if they're all this bad. At this point, I'm just going to live with it until my lease ends.
Friendly and efficient. He was able to get a back up company once the initial one canceled at the last minute, so I was able to get my repairs done on time.
