Wow! I was so impressed and amazing at the quality of service provided to my vehicle. Thanks Tim for taking the time to explain what was done to the car. You were extremely friendly and inviting. I too want to thank Luis for adding the finishing you to my car with a wash that rivals any new car shine. You greeted me with a smile upon leaving with the car and I have to say I am the one who left with the biggest smile. You made my cat look like new!

My experience today was a disappointment, to be kind. I was so upset I wanted to get rid of my 2018 XC90 I purchased 12/24/17 from Lindsay. I stopped in to find out what the engine symbol that appeared on my dashboard this morning meant and how serious the problem was. What I got was: I need your keys, followed by "can you leave the car with us", followed by "you should called first" I answered "may I schedule an appointment" he replied you're here let's take a look at it" which was followed by a rant from me regarding the cost of the car vs. my expectations and concern with this light coming on... I was interrupted by "we will take a look at it now, do you have a couple of hours to wait?". I am in sales and my car is required to get from customer to customer, I had explained earlier that I had an appointment in Vienna this afternoon (I would up missing it), etc. I asked for my keys and he asked "what do you need?". I answered a car that works, so he had one of the rental agents come down to get me a car and I had emptied my car out. When rental agent was done, he handed me keys to a beat up Nissan Sentra, I told him I was not happy driving a $20k car when I make payments on a $70k vehicle. I went out to the car with all my stuff to load it in the rental and I never touched the car, I looked at it and went to my car and loaded my stuff giving back the key and asking for mine back. I asked if Lindsay had loaner cars vs. rentals and was told they don't have any loaners, they are on the way... we are new. That's all well and fine, but Lindsay has a Lexus and Cadillac dealers that must have a more appropriate loaner than a Nissan Sentra. I have a bad back and I just couldn't get into the Sentra. I left hoping to look up the meaning of the light when I got home and find another dealer that has loaner cars more appropriate/comparable to my Volvo.

What brought us to Lindsay was a complete nightmare. We are from Northern Michigan and my wife drove our Volvo to see our son who attends Episcopal. The care completely stopped running -- late Thursday evening -- in a strange city. Our car was towed to Lindsay. I spoke with Tim the next morning. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. His follow up and explanation of the problem was excellent. He demonstrated excellent business sense. The car was fixed faster and less expensive than my initial worries. An extremely positive experience and Tim was my contact the whole time. Can't thank him enough. He did something that is rare in the service industry. He was very responsive and he instilled confidence in the customer.

Great team- very attentive. Helped with arranging transportation to and from the service department. Most importantly, kept me updated with the timing of completing the repairs so I get as much work done as possible. Wasn't waiting around. Keep it up
