Difficult issue with a tire sensor that keeps going in and out. Issue not yet resolved, but not due to the maintenance technician efforts. Intermittent faults are difficult to resolve.

Went in for my cars first service, checked in right on time, 35 minutes later my car is still in the parking area. Two hours later, I get my car back. That has to be the slowest oil change ever. Also had issues when I tried to leave and the staff had a car blocking the exit.

I was told on Thursday that Volvo US received an email with photo of the passenger front door molding damage and that we could expect a response on the repeat warranty claim soon. Fiction. Today I’m told no email was sent because the Service manager was out ill and unavailable to approve the request. Shameful.

Much better customer service and repair than Don Beyer’s Volvo. I am so happy you opened close to our house! Craig was so wonderful to work with. Me. Calvert was such a great shuttle driver. Mr. Rodriguez (or Martinez - apologies I can’t remember) was extremely thorough and took the time to explain my bill and follow up with the vehicle delivery). And the really nice technician or mechanic who brought my car around went above and beyond to ensure my car looked brand new and polished to the max. I cannot say enough great things about my experience from the very beginning from the nice girl who scheduled the service on the phone all the way through to the very end. Thank you so much!
