Jay seemed to be annoyed with the fact that I was getting my oul changed earlier than what the manufacturer recommended. My vehicle indicated that it had 35% life left and he wanted me to come back once it was around 15%. I told him that the gentleman that sold me the vehicle was the one who said I could come in any time between now (jan 2018 and 7500 miles). I told Jay that since I was already there, I wanted to go ahead with the service. I hand my key over and before I’m even out of the service department, I hear him shout “see, this is the problem with our department.” I found the whole event to be extremely unprofessional. I was then told that the oil change would take “about an hour”. It ended up being closer to two hours. Not once did anyone give me any sort of status update or to let me know things were taking longer than first estimated.

When I called about my problem with my Corvette, Jay was very courteous on the phone. He made an appointment for me to bring in my car at my convenience and after my car was checked out he called to let me know the problem and the cost. I was happy the part I needed came in so fast even with the snow storm. It was a pleasure to work with Jay!

Dallas was extremely knowledgeable about the history of my car which is one of the reason I left because my last rep did not take the time to check the work I had previously has done. I was really satisfied with his customer service skills

Am I crazy to think that my carpets would have been vacuumed.? They were not.But aside from that minor issue,my Trax runs strong.I did get a coupon for a free local car wash which was a nice surprise. Thank you all,Tom Talley
