My service advisor did not notify me that my alignment test on my car failed. I did not find this out until I had got my car back and the paper left on my front seat let me know. If I would have known earlier, which you guys had my car all day, I would have had the alignment service completed as well. My car did not receive a car wash after service and the front floor board was left a mess. I’m a loyal Lindsay Chevy customer but now I’m having second thoughts.

No problems with the Saleswomen (Lindsey). The detail department left swirl marks when buffing and burnt the paint on my truck (2017 Chevy Tahoe). When I purchased the car the detail/car wash department didn’t clean it properly. I found debris etc in the car. Lindsay Chevrolet someone needs to do some quality assurance before delivery.

Although Lindsay provide excellent customer service and usually after service they deliver the car in clean detailed manner however this time around the car was not detailed.
