Only issue was it took longer than expected and was charged an hour of labor for a test drive to trouble shoot a problem
Feel the test drive should have been waived.
I have been trying to get a part in my car (Jan. 2019) that was never followed up on. I have made several calls to another service mentor by the name of Josh and left a few messages. I’m still experiencing the issue in my car and I was hoping that it would have been resolved by now. Not a happy customer.

I picked the wrong Service Advisor: things were added to my service request that I did not request and things I wanted were not included. I found these things only after talking with the tech. Finally got with Greg and it was all straightened out. VERY unhappy corvette owner for a while though. I was so upset I just paid the bill and left. After getting home and looking closer at the bill, I think I’m missing a page. Half the parts and a lot of the labor not itemized. Now I’m pissed again!
