Well I don’t believe the issue is fixed but temporarily fixed just to get me out of the establishment. This is the 2nd time my airbag light has come on and was told it is OK to drive my car but the airbag will not deploy which eludes to me my safety is not important. Rob was able to get me my car back the same day due to me having to pick my children up from college at Old Dominion this weekend and spending additional money on a car that doesn’t belong to me isn’t much of an option. When I received my car back the ground wire of where my music is connected was exposed, which I had my music installed professionally by Best Buy and the wires were NOT exposed when I provided my car. When I advised the other salesman who assisted me with checking out came to my car pull off my paneling and shoved the wire under it and attempted to reattach it which it now looks really bad. I now have to pay to have my music reworked. I also believe my airbag light was either disabled or will come on again because I am apparently a bother to purchasing General Motors cars and do not desert proper service. I do not understand why am I expected to spend money with an organization who doesn’t maintain the services owed to me freely but charges me astronomical prices for services and expect me to believe I am getting quality customer service. I am now wondering who did I offend to not deserve quality work and am afraid to have my vehicle service at a Chevrolet dealership.
