I wasn't satisfied about the price charged for today's services. I can in for my oil change after there Service representative came back with a price for 60,000 miles maintenance. It was supposed to be best value price with a 10% discount. The price quoted was in the high $500 but when the car was completed the charge was $725.31. Almost 200 more than was quoted. Just think if I didn't have money to pay the $725.31. You would still have my car. I'm very upset.

Part had to be ordered and when it came in, it was defective. I was told that it would be one additional day before I got my car back and it was actually two days with no explanation given. Aside from that everything was fine from what I can tell so far.
Al was helpful. One issue is that we did have to pay for the same service we had performed last year. Out of warranty was the answer but would love to have this covered.
