I wasn't satisfied about the price charged for today's services. I can in for my oil change after there Service representative came back with a price for 60,000 miles maintenance. It was supposed to be best value price with a 10% discount. The price quoted was in the high $500 but when the car was completed the charge was $725.31. Almost 200 more than was quoted. Just think if I didn't have money to pay the $725.31. You would still have my car. I'm very upset. Mrs. Shawn Gray

Part had to be ordered and when it came in, it was defective. I was told that it would be one additional day before I got my car back and it was actually two days with no explanation given. Aside from that everything was fine from what I can tell so far.
