I took my car in for a sun roof and blackout shield repair since when I pressed the button nothing would work. I made an appointment for Saturday (and dropped it off on Friday so it would be first to be looked at) but was told on Saturday they would need more time. I was asked if I could pick up my car on Sunday and told "you know, we do take days off." OK. That's fine if you need more time for a repair. I was told to pick up a loaner car compliments of Lindsay -- and on Monday I was told it needed no repair at all but was locked because i pressed the button too long. I think I could have been spared the inconvenience of picking up a loaner or waiting days for a response if in fact it was as simple as unlocking the system. Makes me think nobody really looked at the car on Saturday. I normally don't write these reviews but wanted you to be aware. This is why I made an appointment on Saturday in order for the car to be looked at.

I purchased this used Suburban 3-4 months ago and it's been shaking since the beginning. I feel like I was sold a lemon. I purchased an extended warranty which does nothing. Now being charged $1400 to repair issues that should have been resolved during inspections. Won't be purchasing used vehicles from Chevy any more. Didn't even wash the car after service. Service team has been good and Greg was helpful with his recommendations

I wasn’t happy that more wasn’t done to remedy my brakes that were done less than a year ago. Brakes/rotors last more than a year. The OEM brakes lasted for over 50k miles, not sure why these only lasted for 15k. Unless it’s for a recall, I doubt I’ll be back. Adam
