I did not speak to the actual Service Advisor at all, I left a message and didn’t receive a return call. I appreciate the electronic notification system but it’s not a complete substitute for human dialogue.

Dennis was very straight forward with me concerning the repairs to my truck and I appreciate that. The service to my truck was completed quickly and I am very satisfied with his efforts to provide me updates concerning the progress of repairs. I will be bringing my truck back to Dennis for future maintenance/repair needs.

He is a great service writer. He cares about his customers and he makes sure he treats everyone with respect and courtesy they deserve. I have been a Lindsey customer since 2009 when I initially purchased my 2009 HHR and I always come to Lindsey for all my services. He gets the job done. He is also a fellow Texan.
