I did not speak to the actual Service Advisor at all, I left a message and didn’t receive a return call. I appreciate the electronic notification system but it’s not a complete substitute for human dialogue.

Mr. Orts provided phenomenal and service. He was so polite, very clear and straightforward. His kindness and quick assistance was the highlight of my day.
Was very pleasant, and helpful. She anticipated any needs or questions, was supportive of my complaints about an accessory misinstalled, and worked to get it ordered and replaced.
I had two issues and the vehicle was there for a week and as soon as I drove home the issue happened 4 times.
Dennis was very straight forward with me concerning the repairs to my truck and I appreciate that. The service to my truck was completed quickly and I am very satisfied with his efforts to provide me updates concerning the progress of repairs.
I will be bringing my truck back to Dennis for future maintenance/repair needs.

He is a great service writer. He cares about his customers and he makes sure he treats everyone with respect and courtesy they deserve. I have been a Lindsey customer since 2009 when I initially purchased my 2009 HHR and I always come to Lindsey for all my services. He gets the job done. He is also a fellow Texan.
Very quick service ... a bit pricey , not sure how a sensor can cost that much ... so far so good .
