I came into the dealership after discovering a nail in my right rear tire. To decide weather to drive it or have the car towed I checked the pressure monitor on the dash, it was normal. All 4 tires had great readings. I arrived at the service bay and gave the vehicle to Jay. He returned after a while and informed me that the nail was in a spot which made the tire nonrepairable wth which I didn't agree. He recommended that I replace two tires as opposed to only the damaged one. Jay later returned and told me that "we found another problem, your left rear pressure monitor is not working" And you will need to pay a $100.00 deductible. I can understand and forgive an honest mistake but I can't except leaving the dealership with more damage than I arrived with. Please return my car to the working condition in which it was brought in. PLEASE... THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR. thanks Kindly. R.Joyner.
