Coming from Toyota when you make an appointment 3 weeks out and they take all day to do less than what you guys have done(Oil Change, Rotation, check over). Lindsey got my truck done in an hour and half after the appointment time. That's service. My service writer was very nice and helpful.

Completely happy and satisfied with the whole service starting from me making the call the night before to ask for a next day service when my oil life began flashing to alert change oil soon. I was offered a slot at 10:30am the next day and revived and email confirmation to confirm my appointment. Once I arrived at the dealer it was easy for me to know where to go for services since it was shown to me the day I bought the car. A nice lady behind the counter approached me and took me to the car and asked what I needed service for. I told her it was my first routine oil service. She then took my name and number and told me to wait at a customer waiting area which had free soda dispensary and coffee very convenient I should add. After about half hour to my hour wait, I remembered to ask for an extra key which was not available during the buy and was never sent to me but it’s okay I may have missed a call from them per sales man when I told him. The whole oil change and cutting the extra set of keys took about and hour or two but was checked and notified of Status by the lady who was assigned to me. Very happy for my first service and will go to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge for my future services. Thank you guys:)

Oil in various places in the engine compartment should have been cleaned before delivering car. Car also came back dirty when was clean when I dropped it off.

Jennifer was very friendly, funny and helpful. I came to the service department and she was the first person to help me. I look forward to coming back to the dealership and hope to see Jennifer again!
