Dennis was fantastic. The problem with some electronics was difficult to describe. As far as I can see, the problem is resolved. Dennis kept me well informed. All my experiences with the service department have been good.

The service rep that assisted me was absolutely wonderful. The issue I have is that faulty equipment was installed on my truck. When I woke this morning, the tire pressure in the tire that was repaired was low. I thought maybe this was because it was cold when they refilled the air, so I went to the gas station to put some air in to get it where it needed to be. As I attempted to unscrew the cap, I heard air escaping from the stem. When you move the stem the flow gets louder. This leads me to believe that a faulty valve stem was installed. I would’ve like to get this repaired immediately, but the dealership is closed today. It’s the fourth, completely understandable, but this needs to be fixed early on the 5th. I can keep it from going completely flat by constantly putting air in every couple of hours.
He’s awesome to work with! My car stopped on me during my AM commute and the Chevy team was able to Add me to the schedule last min. They’re a great team!

I was a walk-in and John took care of me quickly with an oil change, tire balance and rotation, and a safety inspection. I was very pleased with how quickly I was back on the road.
