I’m new to Virginia and had to change my license plate. My vehicle only had one license plate so I had to purchase a license plate bracket and asked if the service tech could put on front of car and replace other plate on back. I paid $22 for the bracket which is fine. Dallas took my info and assigned a tech to put both plates on my car. When complete I received a bill for $46 dollars for installation! I was never told I would be charged and certainly not $46! I could have had my husband install if I had known ahead of time that it was not a courtesy service. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone! I will find a new one for my service needs! Very disappointed with Lindsey Chevrolet!
I appreciate Audras professional, and courteous demeanor. She kept me up to date on the status of my care while I waited. She also explained questions about my warranty. Her helpful attitude help make my service experience better.
