I paid for a diagnostic check only to be told the mechanics “suspected the problem” and the price tag for the guessing would be $2000. I was then told that if that wasn’t the problem then they would work with me to make sure they fix it and charge only for a portion but “we would work with you”. Not very confident I would be appropriately taken care of if my truck was worked on.

I always find Gregory prompt and pleasant in his dealings with me. I particularly appreciate the fact that he always remembers that my preference is for Bill (technician) to work on my car. Bill has been my preference for many years now due to his skills, etc. No one has worked on my 2006 Suburban but Lindsay and I plan to keep it that way!!! Thank you Bette W

Scratches on wheel that tire was replaced and scratches and mud from someone's foot on driver door camaro panel. This is very upsetting because there were scratches on the same wheel on a previous tire replacement appointment that I specifically addressed to Dennis and Greg. I furthet requested that they please ask the technician to be careful not to make additional scratches, however, I noticed more scratches this time. Its either your employees are in too much of a hurry or they simply don't care as it is not there vehicle.

I don't believe that they could not hear the squeak coming from under the truck. I had to listen to it for a hour and a half on the drive home.

Gregg at first seemed annoyed that I was getting a loaner car. I was told when sold the car and all the warranties that we are paying for that anytime we had our vehicle services with you we could get a loaner vehicle. I had made the reversarion for a loaner as well the day before. This was not a surprise I need a loaner and glad I got one, due to the fact it took all day to get the tires fixed. Which I was told not a safety issue. To me that is a little hard to believe that this is not a safety issue but ok. By the end of the day when I came and picked up the vehicle Gregg was very pleasant and courteous. Maybe I just hit him at the wrong time. But was very upset in the morning. I have 2 special needs children and to me my tires are a safety issue. But other than this I am very pleased and thinking maybe was just bad timing.
