I like that they talked to me before they did anything to my Chevrolet. But I was told that the price that they showed me was the total. But it was a big difference I don't like that. I even asked and was told that it would probably be even lower than what he showed me. And of course it was not.

As usual, you go in for one thing and other things are added - May be necessary but I don't know that for sure and costly and it's frustrating - also make an appointment I know it's gonna take a while but 2 hours later I'm still waiting for my vehicle - otherwise was very nice

Roberto G. was very friendly and helpful. However, I was very upset that someone went thru my center console/arm rest. All of my things were taken out and thrown back in, just a mess.

When I walked into the building I saw a lot of service advisors sitting at their desk nobody said hello to me, I stood there for 5 to10 minutes and no one bothered to asked me if they can help me, I then went to one of the advisors and ask if she can help me. She was very rude to me. The only reason I come there for maintenance is because of the maintenance agreement I have with the dealership. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. I always experience this poor service from them. I'm very upset with the dealership service. They are very rude. Customer service is very poor.
