Dallas was great to work with on my last two visits to Lindsay. He is a great communicator and he thoroughly explained the maintenance that was required for our suburban. He also made sure we received the discounts were available, now that is customer service.
Jennifer was great. Patient, I showed up with not a lot of concrete information about important details about why I was there and she got everything figured out.

I came in on a Monday afternoon without an appointment because my car was shutting off and I didn’t feel safe driving. I expected they wouldn’t be able to get to my car until the next day and was prepared to make alternate plans for transportation as I’m not local. Lindsay was able to diagnose and make repairs in about an hour. Such a relief! So impressed with service and attention I received from jay. Thanks!

My car was lost or misplaced and the service department closed with out informing me. I was at Lindsay Chevrolet for over four hours and no one informed me of my cars status. I realize that it was a Saturday and the last day of the month, mistakes happen.
