She was super helpful and really nice. I came in with my car on a tow truck after breaking down on 95. I really appreciated her positive attitude. It was my first time here and she treated me like family.

I arrived for my oil change appointment and was promptly informed that it would take a while because a filter was not in stock. When I indicated that I had made an appt and that this could have been dealt with in advance, I was told that since my vehicle was a Lincoln, parts are not kept in stock, and that they are not obtained until the vehicle has arrived. It took 90 minutes for an oil change! Even though I live only 5 mins from your location, in the future I will choose to have my service done elsewhere so that I don’t have to wait for the parts to arrive.
