My account and my husband's account were moved up. Mr. Orts too time out of his schedule to correct the mistake.
Mr. Long was rude and generally unfriendly. He did not ask if my vehicle was experiencing any problems and failed to contact me when the 90 minute estimate went over two hours. He needs a strong refresher course in providing excellent customer service. I am not complaining due to the wait. He evidently did not appreciate my comments regarding area dealers offering extended service hours as opposed to Lindsay Chevrolet not scheduling after 4:30 pm during weekdays. I expected much better communication from him. I had utilized service at Lindsay on two previous occasions and it was an excellent experience. I won’t be back.
Lift gate problem started again today.
