Dennis made everything right. I was very angry that my truck with less than 75000 miles had a bad transmission. He showed me a factory recall on it and even got me the phone number of a car rental company. He made a bad day a lot better.

I needed to buy a tire to match the one being replaced and the tire replaced was not the worst tire on my vehicle. They should have replaced the right rear but they replaced the left front, the best of the three that didn't have a nail. This left a tire on the car that failed the diagnostic. I'm not happy at all with this and it seems that it was easier or laziness that is the reason for this.

My vehicle was never checked to see if there was a technical bulletin for the required repair. First Lindsay Chevrolet tried to charge my warranty company more than $1000 for the repair, and when that was denied they tried to charge me. Thankfully GM/Chevrolet Customer Service stepped in at my request, and the dealership finally acknowledged the bulletin. The repair was then performed at no charge to me (cost for repair from the paperwork I signed - $547, vs, the $1000 plus they were trying to get. THIS is the reason people don’t trust dealers, and why I typically avoid them!
