I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, Dennis had not completed processing the paperwork. I waited in the waiting room, but never received notification that my paperwork was complete. I learned it was completed only after going back to the service desk and asking.
I was very happy with the service and the shuttle service is amazing.

The shifting issue that I was came in about happened again the day after I picked up my car. When I picked up my car, I asked that air be put into my tires because my app indicated one was low and was assured that the tires were fine. While driving Sunday afternoon, my low tire pressure light came on. Finally, when I picked up my car there was an inspection sheet on my seat indicating that my wheels were out of alignment, which is interesting because I just had an alignment performed. No one talked to me about this.
Rob took great care of me. Came in with a towed car and he made me feel welcomed and I was in excellent hands. Thank you Rob
Dennis was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew where everything was to make my wait comfortable. He also, gave me updates about my car while it was being serviced.
Greg is AWESOME!!! He is polite, happy, accommodating and cares about each one of his customers and it shows. He even referred me to a salesman Gabriel at your location so my daughter could purchase a new car. And she did. She is looking forward to working with Greg for all of her maintenance visits. It’s hrsat when you have a family like that working there.

As soon as i arrived, Greg took charge of my vehicle. He let me know right away what the issue with the engine light that was on. He even took the initiative and discovered that there was a transmission inspection due. I was able to have the engine light issue taken care of as well as the inspection at the same time. This saved me a lot of time. Lindsay Chevrolet has a top notch professional service department.
