I brought my Equinox in at 1300 and was told it would be done by 1500. I waited in the waiting area and unfortunately it was not completed by then. At 1700, I went to the service area to inquire about my car, it still was not complete. I believe it was finally completed around 1730, 4.5 hours after I brought it in. Not sure what happened, but I feel the wait time was too long.

My car was there from August 26 to Novemeber 3. Although i had a loaner provided. i felt my repair was on the back burner. It wasnt until i threatened going to the Gen Manager Paul Smyth or my attorney i felt action began. It was 2 weeks after the engine arrive my car was complete.
It was a 3rd party warranty coverage (sold and processed by lindsay) Although Rob did an adequte job informing me. i had to reach out for the updates. I asked for a full tank of gas. full detail. and waive my deductible. I got the gas and detail. but paid the deductible. Thanks for the loaner. thanks for the tank of gas. and thanks for the detail.
Greg was great and kept me updated during my service visit. It took longer than I anticipated but he got to the bottom of why it took so long.
