Everyone that was apart of your team were great. It wasn't the team that is my issue. It was the key wasn't cut properly. The amount of money I paid for this service and it wasn't cut properly was my biggest concern. This is the dealership not a third party. I expect cutting a key should be alot easier than replacing a engine or transmission.
Took a little longer than we had thought to do an oil change and an alignment. And we did not get a car wash.

Robert Made a difficult situation manageable. Just Monday, I returned from deployment at Afghanistan. My suburban, which sat for the seven months, was inoperable Upon my return. I am in the USAF and serving here alone in VA. I am separated from my family, who is living in Texas. Being alone and this being my only vehicle, Robert had a loaner car ready and available for me when I arrived with my towed car at 1800. This allowed me to get to work the very next morning. Thanks to Rob for taking car of me and my car.
