Since Dallas noticed me, he knew who I was and remembered my name. He took good care of me and what needed to be done with the car was done fast. He provided a great customer service and was really helpful.

I pulled my truck up to the garage and walked in. I waited a couple minutes before being attended to. After taking my truck I was notified of its status and how long it would take. There was coffee and food while I waited. It was a good experience.

Greg was decorating a Christmas tree when he should have been doing his job. He told me that he was going to the shop to check on my car, and after 30 additional minutes of waiting, I went to go ask again. He was not at his desk, but my keys were. He was on a scissor lift with decorations, while there was a line of people hoping for assistance in service. Another service writer checked me out after I mentioned that I just wanted to leave.
