After bringing my truck in for a power steering recall, I get my vehicle returned with a bad lifter. WTF? Ok, so they take my vehicle back to diagnose the problem as the lifter, covered under powertrain warranty. Two days later I return to pick up the vehicle, go to leave and now the truck won’t start, dead battery??? Do they even test drive this stuff??? Stuck another two days without my vehicle. Thank god for service loaners. Now almost a week later, they say I need to pay for the vehicles battery. Pissed much, yup. -$185 for no reason for the battery. Finally ready to never see this service department again. Oh, wait. Get my vehicle back for the first time in a week, it still has the check engine light on, and is sputtering at any mild acceleration??? Did I mention everything was working perfect before ever putting this vehicle in Lindsay’s hands. Time to make things right Lindsay. I’ve had enough of this mysterious BS. Good luck getting my Complete Satisfaction you strive for. Service Manager Matt, I expecting your attention on this one.

Greg was good. The problem is the tech who worked on my SUV scratched the top of the front right fender somehow and oil and grease was left on various areas of the vehicle including inside kick plate. Not to happy after being a lindsey customer for 5 years, trusting them with servicing my Tahoe.

A wrong tire was installed on my car and they had to let me know to come to your shop again after work. Jay was very unprofessional and very condensending on the phone when he explained to me about the wrong tire being installed on my car. The whole experience makes me feel like I don’t want to come to your Lindsay Chevrolet anymore.

After I had the Chevy Cavalier serviced on November 7, I returned home to discover on the rear wheel cover (driver's side) that one of the caps was missing. When I brought the car in for servicing, all the caps were in place. I drove back to the service center and pointed this out to Greg, the service advisor. He said he would order a cap right away, that it would take about 2 days and he would call me when it was received. It has been a week and so I called today, November 14, to inquire on the status and was told that Greg would call me right back. It seems he could have called me by now. I know the advisors are busy but it has been a week and I really would like to have the cap replaced. I noticed another cap on the passenger side was loose and I had to turn it to the right to ensure it was in place. I would suggest that the techs make sure that all caps are secure when they have to service the tires. It is an inconvenience to have return to the service center for this matter to be taken care of, however minor it may seem. I know all caps were in place when I brought the car in and would have appreciated that they were all in place when the service was completed. I have had the car serviced with Lindsay since the original purchase and for the most part, have been satisfied that any issues I had were resolved in the past. This is not a complaint about Greg as he has been my service advisor in previous visits and I had no problem. I just wonder why it is taking so long just to order and replace the missing cap. Thank you.
