I was just traveling thru, car is under warranty, I’ll probably never be back in this area, BUT, that didn’t matter to Gregory, He treated me and my car as if he’d sold it to me, had worked on it before, as if I were a local repeat customer. Keep up the good work if you were going to try and improve your process you might want to look at your time line coming into your dealership for an oil change should not take 90 minutes with a 8am appt getting out by 9:30 am is not quick but the service is good. Joe
