I feel like the issues I have on my vehicle hasn’t been taken seriously or was rushed, because I was told twice that the issue was fixed. I get home and still facing the Same isues with the sensor on my vehicle. It’s very disappointing not able to enjoy your new vehicle and going back and forth for service.

Dennis is a wonderful, knowledgeable advisor. Kept me informed of all aspects of the service and went above and beyond. Very compassionate. I will continue to request appointments with him and will recommend him as a advisor to request.

I was told about other due maintenance, and job was done in timely manner.
Had the hardest time figuring out what the miscellaneous charges were. Asked 2 people nobody actually knew or responded. Ended up calling back after I left only to find out that Lindsay chooses not to disclose what those charges are actually for and you can get multiple answers since it's based off a % of total billed so even if you aren't using it you get charged and wont be told you will get this charge until its randomly on the invoice
