From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Dennis, I had the utmost confidence that my service appointment was going to go well. Rob Gonzalez was extremely helpful and made the whole process for the repair on my GMC Sierra smooth, kept me updated, and met me when i arrived to pick up my vehicle. He even facilitated working with my insurance on the claim.

I dropped my car multiple times for different issues and it appears knowone is aware of quality assurance. I dropped my car off for a paint job and groped it off mutie times. I also dropped it off for navigation issues and I’m having the same issue after they claim to update the system. I’m not having faith in the service dept.
