Dennis is great to work with. I call him directly when I need my vehicle serviced. I will deal only with him.
2-3 hour recall service took almost 24 hours and had to wait over night. Made an appointment specific to my recall and the service center ran out of brake fluid that was needed. Technician ran into issues bleeding the brakes which should only have taken an hour and constantly had to reach out to the service center to get updates instead of being told when delays were occurring
This was the easiest experience we have ever had with a service department. Dennis Orts was outstanding as our service rep. We will use the service Dept again. Thank you
I’m very disappointed I was expecting that they going to vacuum my car clean my windows at least those things because they charge a lot of money for just oil change anyway!!! Those things can make costumer happy and go back ????????????????

I spent close to $20.000 to put a new transmission and engine.

Dennis was great to work with but I wish my car was fixed properly the first time. I had to take my car into the service department 3 times because the new spark plug that they put in was cracked and they didn’t catch it until the 3rd time I took it in.
