Audra was very kind and pleasent. But the whole experience took over 5 hours and if I had been told that there was a possiblity that it would take so long for an oil change and new tire I would have left the car until tomorrow. I was then offered a loaner after the expected wait time kept being extended. I would expect that tomorrow my car will be delivered so I dont have to drive down to Woodbridge again.
I was slightly disappointed with the unexpected wait. Customer service was great, and I appreciate the honesty and the care that I received.

Our car was super clean and done very well. My issue was with Robert Gonzalez. The way he spoke to me and his customer service was unprofessional. I was there with my wife and 4 month old child. We got there around 12:50 and had an appointment at 1 pm on a Saturday. I went up to him asking if I was in the right place. I explained to him we were getting a protectant on our vehicle and without even looking my name up he said very rudely, we can’t do that. It’s already 1 and we close at 4. While he was talking to me and I’m responding he felt that it was okay to take phone calls and help other customers while being rude to me. There were other associates that were available and could have answered the phones. I was just so in shock that he was trying to tell me they would not be able to do our car today after having an appointment and driving over an hour to get there. Thank goodness our saleswoman Brandy was there. She as always takes such good care of us and apologized for his customer service. She was able to keep our appointment and resolved the situation. I have ever had to deal with that service when going to your dealer ship. Everyone is always so polite and helping.
Dennis Orts did a great job. He clearly cares about his customers and is the reason I keep bringing my vehicle back to Lindsay Chevrolet for service.
