This was a lengthy time to address all issues, loaner had to be requested when no eta. Upon retur of the vehicle the windshield was dirty on the inside. I suspect it got foggy ant the widshiled was simply wiped for convenience; leaving streaks all over windshield. For the length it was i. The shop an external courtesy wash would have been nice. The personnel was courtesy but experience was lacking.
Dallas was very attentive and polite with all the questions I had. Not only he gave me details about the things my car was getting done, but he also, advised me about a leak the car had, and he recommended to get it fix. He was very polite all the times I called, and it was many of them!! The day I picked up my car all the Personal was very nice and polite . I recently moved to Virginia and I will for sure be back and recommend it

I was charged for work that wasn’t done and even when I asked I was told that it was done. I paid to get tires rotated and balanced but it was never done... very disappointed and now it makes me question how many other times was I charged for work that wasn’t done... last time they forgot to connect a hose, I have to return twice for them to fix it because my check engine light kept coming on... I will not be bringing my car and future purchases to this dealership!!!
