My left rear tire was deemed fine, but in fact it is continuing to loose air . I will be returning to the dealership to have the tire replaced, not fixed or patched, but replaced.

Jay and his service techs helped us out when we were in a real bind with a need for service far from home while on a long holiday trip. He put us in a courtesy car so we could get to a hotel since the issue occurred after hours and had the repair done quickly and got us back on the road early the next day. Everyone there at Lindsay Chevrolet was super helpful!

I came in under an extended warranty to have pully noise diagnosed. The noise was not replicated, and continues to constantly make noise after leaving. I’m convinced that nothing was done to do a proper diagnosis.

I was helped by Gary the service specialist while John was at lunch. Gary made it clear that he would check me in but would not follow up until John came back from lunch. Unfortunately, I was left unassisted for 1.5 hours. At that point John came back from lunch and stated that there was no available technician to assist me. Obviously I was very frustrated with the service as I was abandoned in the waiting room and then not assisted. I lost half a day of work and am still clearly upset at your service.
