Dallas was the best in his customer service ability. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best service with Chevy. He was also very great in explaining things very well. In general I was very satisfied with everything at the shop.
I went to dealer on Monday and gregory was in the garage and I told him what happened and he said have a seat and he would see what was going on with my car cause my wiper motor went up he said he didn't have it in stock but he could get it for me .so bring my car back on Tuesday morning which o did and he took my car right away.and while I sat in the waiting room I figure I could apply for the credit card . And I had some issues with the app. But so kindly helped me with that to.never had any problems with the service dept .
I just wait more of the time I supposed but I hope my car be good

Good morning I wasn't at all satisfied with the services from the following team members from Chevrolet.

Technician who I have his name & tech number written down & I had to ask for it who service my truck

To have no regards after saying their a bad oil leak the service provider tells me his tech says so but don't bother to check & see oil level if their any oil in the truck. Only until the customer ask is oil in the truck service provider says oh I don't even know totally unprofessional.
I would have ruin my engine had I took the truck when told it was ready to drive on highway.
I had a meeting same day with the service provider supervisor & service provider which was just lacking skills & knowledge about the issue & how serious this matter was at the time
I had to ask for the technicians name and the text number.
The supervisor asked me did I know where the leak was coming from and the truck I was in the technician that's something she should have asked the technician she told me she was going to go and find out from the technician she never returned.
I had to get them to put quarts of oil in the vehicle was charged $188 because it was $150 charge for them to initially check what I bought the vehicle in for because there were no lights on the dashboard.
the original paperwork that I was giving stating what was wrong with my vehicle never had anything saying about the oil leak until I received the final paperwork when paying the bill I felt this door Chevrolet was trying to cover their self
Then Chevrolet had a sales representative call and say they want to buy my truck really
I had also just had an oil change in November has the documents to prove it as well I would like for someone to call me concerning the terrible services that I received and the distrust that I had with Chevrolet now
Another good moment at Lindsay Chevrolet, had my
vehicles first big service done, and it didn't cost
as much as i thought it would and it was done faster
than i thought it would be. Keep up the good work
