I dropped my car off for an oil change this morning at 9 am. Gave the ok for an alignment that was also needed. Hadn’t heard anything and started calling every 30 min starting at 3. I kept being told it would be another 30 minutes. Showed up at 5:15 and it wasn’t ready until 5:35. Can someone please explain to me why it took 8.5 hours for an oil change?

They had my vehicle for 30 days and the same issues I brought the vehicle in for remained when I picked my vehicle up. I was very disappointed in the overall service.

I was kind of surprise of the inspection charge normally I think they do it free for me but no big deal but the big disappointment I was charged $24 for DEF fuel which my truck should not need it. I have plenty of DEF fuel at home
