on service status were delivered frequently.
Cost structure were discussed beforehand,
as a customer there are zero surprises, very much
appreciated.
Rather disappointed with my most recent experience. Had to return three times for the same issue (within 45 days) which I blame the service department for not considering all possible causes and instead stopping at the nearest solution. Even the complimentary inspections yielded a roughly 30% difference in tire tread wear over a week time period (approx. 300 miles). This would lead to recommendation of replacing tires that don’t need to be replaced (shocked they would even provide this false report. Told on my first visit the battery was good and it was a cable, second visit the battery, third another cable. Pretty much losing trust with their explanation and useless diagnostics. Considering looking into formally complaining with Chevrolet and or other options.

He is truly a professional in his field. I was not happy with the dealership when I made my vehicle purchase, but Jay has reconfirmed in the American car dealership experience!

It upsets me that my phone number was given to the sales department to see if I wanted to trade my car. When they left a message it sounded like something had happened to my car.
