Super friendly! We waxed poetic about foot injuries as I’m recovering from one. I was quoted a 2 hr wait but I was back in my car ready to leave after 45 minutes and it seemed busy today.

I had my appointment set up for 0800 and was told that the 50,000 mile serivce would take 4 hours to complete. My vehicle wasn't ready for pickup until around 1600 which made it very frustrating for my timeline. The quality of service provided was great, but the time it took to complete was rather dismal. If I had been told form the start that it would be ready until 1600 it would have eliminated any issues.

This was my first experience with the service dept. Glenn was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to address all my concerns and personally look into o e particularl item. I was impressed by how he kept me posted on progress during my appt as I waited in the lounge. And was pleasantly surprised when he delivered the car to me after having it washed. I was so pleased with my experience that I went back in the dealership and conveyed this to the General Manager. Great job Glenn. Keep up the great work. A very happy Lindsay customer!
