I am a bit distracted caring for a husband with dementia and I made my appointment for Wednesday a.m. but showed up on Tuesday a.m. instead. I was not turned away, but treated respectfully. The car got a good going over for its maintenance check-up and a new tire was installed where I was driving with one with a nail and did not realize I had a flat. VWs drive well even when a tire isn't functioning. Thanks for such a great team at Lindsay VW.
Marco is an excellent representative. Every time I have visited, he has always been professional and helpful. When I wasn't aware of a coupon or deal for my oil change, he applied the discount for me anyways. Staff like Marco and the the many others I have dealt with are a reason why I keep coming to this dealer for maintenance and not other third parties.

We needed a tire replacement. I called at 9 am and was told no problem it would take about an hour. Made an appointment, dropped the car and got a phone call around 1 with a voicemail. When I called back my consultant was not able to be located and the other person told me all was fine and they would call me when it was ready. Received another phone call after 2 that actually they don’t have the tire that I need and can’t get it until tomorrow. It would have geneen nice to know this at 9 am. Was promised the car by noon the next day and had to call a couple of times to remind and make sure it would be. I feel I had to make way too many calls and that much could have been avoided if he checked initially when’s i called to see if the tire was in stock.
